Which monitors is the Masimo 1025 compatible with?
The sensor works with any Masimo SET-enabled monitor when paired with a Masimo Red PC series patient cable. Masimo states that Red PC patient cables are used with LNOP sensors and Red LNC patient cables are used with LNCS sensors, so an LNOP sensor does not mate with an LNC or LNCS cable. Confirm your cable family before ordering, or contact us and we will check it for you.
How long can this sensor stay on a patient?
Follow the Masimo IFU and your facility's protocol. Site rotation is typically recommended at regular intervals to preserve skin integrity, especially in infants and neonates.
