Can individuals purchase, or are you wholesale-only?

Both. Individual clinicians and the general public can order directly online at posted prices, and agencies, hospitals, and EMS organizations can purchase here or request contract/volume pricing.

Are any products restricted to licensed providers?

Some prescription (Rx) devices are restricted and require a completed Medical Director Authorization form on file before they ship. With that form on file, we can ship Rx items to all 50 states. If an item you order requires authorization, our team will reach out before it ships.

What ships the same day?

Prepaid, in-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM Arizona time (MST) typically ship the same business day. Other in-stock items ship Monday–Friday, usually within 1–2 business days. Orders on purchase-order or Net-30 terms ship after account and credit approval. If an item is out of stock and expected to deliver within 7 business days, our customer service team will confirm timing with you.

How are freight and oversized items handled?

Large or heavy equipment (for example, refrigeration units and capital equipment) may ship by freight carrier. Contact customerservice@pacificbiomedical.com for a freight quote or with any questions on oversized items.

What items can't be returned?

For patient-safety and regulatory reasons, opened sterile items, single-use or patient-contact devices, prescription devices once dispensed, special-order/custom items, and refrigerated/temperature-controlled products are non-returnable. See our Refund Policy for full details. Returns due to customer error are subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Do you accept purchase orders?

Yes. Purchase orders and Net-30 terms are available upon request and are subject to a credit check. Email customerservice@pacificbiomedical.com to get set up.

Can tax-exempt organizations order online?

Yes. We process tax-exempt orders and accounts once proper exemption documentation has been submitted. Send your documentation to customerservice@pacificbiomedical.com.

When is a quote required instead of buying online?

Most catalog items can be purchased directly online at the listed price. Quotes are typically used for volume/contract pricing, freight or oversized equipment, and special orders. Email customerservice@pacificbiomedical.com to request a quote.

Are warranties manufacturer or dealer warranties?

Products carry the manufacturer's warranty unless otherwise stated on the product page. As a distributor, Pacific Biomedical passes through the manufacturer's warranty and does not provide a separate warranty of its own. Contact us and we'll help coordinate any warranty claim with the manufacturer.

Where do you ship?

We ship throughout the United States. For international orders, we ship to a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice, who then handles export and final delivery to your country — contact customer service to arrange. With a completed Medical Director Authorization form on file, we can ship prescription (Rx) items to all 50 states. Some devices may have state or regulatory restrictions; if anything affects your order, our team will contact you before it ships.
