Pacific Biomedical, Authorized Masimo Distributor (USA), sells genuine Masimo SpO2 sensors and patient cables to EMS agencies and fire departments. Start with the monitor your crews carry.

Start with your monitor

  • LIFEPAK 15: Stryker lists four Masimo connector groups: RD rainbow SET, rainbow RC, Red LNC and direct connect.
  • LIFEPAK 20e, 20 and 12: Stryker and Physio-Control documents list LNCS patient cables and LNCS sensors.
  • Zoll X Series and Propaq MD: Zoll lists RD, rainbow RC, Red LNC and direct connect parts.

For the LIFEPAK 35, the Masimo cross-reference sheet lists the 4798 RD rainbow SET RA25-04 EMS patient cable, Physio-Control 11997-000298, and the Masimo part number cross-reference matches other Stryker and Zoll numbers to Masimo parts.

Top Masimo sensors and cables

Drawn from Pacific Biomedical's top Masimo sellers over the past year across all customers, so not matched to one monitor. "Listed for" names the monitors whose maker lists the part on our monitor pages, the three above plus the Rad-57 and Philips Tempus Pro; the 4103 cable is on none of those lists, so check with us before ordering it.

Masimo pairs its rainbow EMS cables with rainbow and M-LNCS sensors; LNCS sensors such as the 2320 use LNC or Red LNC cables, depending on the monitor. The 2219 and 2696 report SpCO or SpMet only on monitors equipped for them.

A box of 20 covers 20 patient contacts; divide last month's SpO2-monitored calls by the box count to size a reorder.

Other sizes and lengths are in the Masimo collection: LNCS, M-LNCS, RD SET and rainbow sensors, and patient cables.

Reordering

For sensors, cables and adapters, the Shipping Policy reads: "Prepaid, in-stock items ordered before 12:00 PM Arizona time (MST) typically ship the same business day. Other in-stock items ship Monday-Friday, usually within 1-2 business days." Your order history is saved to your account, so reordering the same part numbers takes a minute. For box SKUs on a regular cycle, tell us the part numbers and cadence on our contact page. Register your agency at EMS registration or your facility at facility registration.

EMS and fire department Masimo questions

Where do I find my Stryker/Physio-Control or Zoll part number?

On your last purchase order for that part, or on the box label. Look the number up on the Masimo part number cross-reference to find the matching Masimo part.

Which sensors in this table fit a patient under 3 kg?

Masimo's directions for use label the 2320 LNCS Neo-3 and 2514 M-LNCS Neo adhesive sensors for neonates under 3 kg or adults over 40 kg, and the Masimo cross-reference sheet lists the 2219 rainbow R25-L for patients under 3 kg or over 30 kg.

How often should an adhesive sensor site be checked?

For the 2320 and 2514, Masimo's directions say to inspect the sensor site at least every eight hours and to apply the sensor to a different site if the circulatory condition or skin integrity has changed.

Can an adhesive sensor go back on the same patient?

On the same patient only. Masimo's directions for LNCS and M-LNCS Neo sensors, such as the 2320 and 2514, include adhesive tabs for reapplying the sensor to the same patient, up to 3 sets per window. If the adhesive no longer adheres to the skin, use a new sensor.
