The Decent Simulators Cricothyroidotomy Task Trainer (MPN C0003) is a cost-effective surgical airway trainer for emergency front-of-neck access (eFONA) training. Because cric training is destructive, Decent designed it around functionality and affordability. Pacific Biomedical supplies it through The Resus Tailor for EMS, flight, military, emergency medicine and anesthesia programs.
It has all the important landmarks, including the hyoid bone, a mobile larynx for the 'laryngeal handshake', and an easy-to-replace cricothyroid membrane. It now comes with bleeding pads for added realism, and an inside view lets instructors check cut depth and tube insertion angle.
